Shipping Policy

Do you ship international?

 At this time we unfortunately do not ship internationally through our website.

 

How long will it take to receive my order? 

Once your order is placed, it will ship within one business day. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday or on holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

 

Do you accept returns? 

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the receipt of your product. If you need to exchange or return your products, please let us know within 30 days - returns are subject to a $10 return shipping fees. Requests after that time will be denied. Go to your account to get started.

Returns are NOT accepted on Seconds or Final Sale items.

Please note that the use of Afterpay may result in delaying your refund by a few business days.

 

Stolen Packages: 

Unfortunately we live in a time of rampant porch-thievery and our packages are no exception to the rule. We would ask that you take whatever steps you can to ensure a safe delivery of our product to you. For some, this may include shipping to your place of work or to a friend/family member that you know will be home to receive them. In the case of stolen packages: We unfortunately cannot take responsibility for crooks' actions. If a package is showing as delivered but is not physically at your delivery address, your first recourse is to local authorities. After contacting the local authorities, we would recommend you file a claim with the shipping carrier (currently either FedEx or USPS), which may reimburse you up to shipping and the price of the shoes/boots. We will soon be offering an insurance product that will offer even more protection against porch thieves. Stay tuned for that.

Exchange Policy

(NOT offered on Last Chance items. Items must be returned within 30 days, subject to a $10 returning fee)

 

Returns are offered within the contiguous United States on all purchases, unless otherwise noted on certain products (namely Last Chance, Final Sale and Seconds). Return requests must be made within 30 days of the date you receive your products. Requests after this point will be denied.

 

Returns will be subject to a $10 returning fee.

 

Returns are not accepted on Final Sale and Seconds items.

 

Unworn, Original, New Condition

 

We are pleased to offer a return policy on unworn items in their original, new condition. We have remarkably low return rates and we are proud of the high quality products  we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns on all 4UBOO products that have not been worn or have not had labels removed.

 

Please Note: We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW worn items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.

 

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

 

We will send you an email to print your prepaid return label.

All products must be shipped back unworn and with labels on in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or a refund will not be issued. The returned items will be inspected to see if they qualify for a refund. Damaged merchandise or products with labels removed will not be refunded and you will be invoiced the appropriate amount to cover the cost of shipping the products back to you.

 

4UBOO will not be responsible for returns lost in transit.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND OR STORE CREDIT?

 

A full refund or store credit will be issued after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned products were not worn and labels were not removed (within 24-48 hours of receiving the return). In the case of refunds, once we refund your order, the funds will be available on the original payment account according to the terms, conditions, and practices of your banking institution. We cannot control how quickly the funds are returned to you once we submit the refund.  In the case of store credits, you will be notified by email once the store credit is issued (within 24-48 hours of receiving the return).

 

SHIPPING

 

Upon placing your order, your products will ship within 24 hours with the exception of weekends. We ship Monday-Friday.  Any order placed after 1:00PM Central Time on Friday will not ship until Monday mid-day. A shipping confirmation email including the tracking number will be sent to the email associated with the order as soon as the carrier picks up the item and scans the label.

 

Lost Packages

 

For packages that may have been lost in transit, we will wait seven days after the original delivery date to see if the package arrives late.  From our experience, giving that extra time often allows time for the shipper or customer to locate the package and get it out for re-delivery.
